Since the 1950s, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound has worked under the belief that every child holds incredible potential, and that with the right guidance and encouragement, that potential can be unlocked. As Washington’s largest donor- and volunteer-supported mentoring organization, they create meaningful, monitored relationships between adult mentors (“Bigs”) and youth (“Littles”), building bonds that change lives.

Their mission is clear: to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. Their vision is inspiring: that every child graduates with a plan for their future and a mentor whose impact lasts a lifetime.
