Guidelines for Grand Proposals

1. The proposal must have a club sponsor who will introduce it to the members of the board.
2. The proposal should serve the needs of the community. (The community is teh club's geographic area).
3. The proposal needs to have an accountability format which describes the end result of the project.
4. The organization's mission should be appropriate to establish a long-term relationship with the club.
5. The project should give our club visibility in the community.
6. The impact of the club members' involvement in the project needs to be idendified.
